You can discover RPM Italian Las Vegas restaurant from within The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace (3500 Las Vegas Boulevard).
A concept created by celebrity couple Giuliana & Bill Rancic, the restaurant takes a modern, chef-driven approach to Italian cuisine, with dishes that are meant to be shared.
At the core of the menu is a pasta program with more than a dozen different fresh artisan pastas made by hand every day.
Other menu highlights include a wide selection of antipasti, crudo, steaks and chops, simply-grilled fish, as well as a selection of Italian classics.
On the dining menu, popular choices have included the likes of Seafood Platter (scallop crudo (1oz), 4 snow crab claw, 3 colossal shrimp cocktail served with dijonnaise and cocktail sauce), Cremini Mushroom Pizzette (truffle & fontina fonduta), and Prime Dry-Aged Bistecca Fiorentina (Tuscany’s famous sliced porterhouse, 38 oz, serves two to four).
Beyond the Italian restaurant in Las Vegas, RPM has locations in downtown Chicago and Washington D.C.’s Mount Vernon district.
